We’d like to hear from experienced Senior Graphic Designers who would like to work with a diverse portfolio of B2B clients based in the UK, Europe, and Americas, as well as be part of The transition to offering clients a complete, data-driven, content-led programme of measurable lead generation

As part of the creative and studio team, the Senior Graphic Designer will create and manage digital and print designs for all their clients’ marketing needs. Your responsibilities will include managing all graphic design tasks, refining projects and generating fresh creative concept design ideas.



  • Delivering on briefs from concept to completion, working collaboratively across teams on ideation, creation, and execution
  • Ability to storyboard for all aspect of film & animation
  • Having a strong understanding of and ability of conceptualization, digital design, graphic design, illustration, typography and brand standards   
  • Developing creative and graphic concepts across multiple touch points in collaboration with assigned teams to meet the objectives of the content
  • Creative concept developments for B2B campaigns across different channels
  • Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects
  • Stay up to date with industry developments and tools
  • Defining or adapting the brand look and feel for a variety of channels or platforms while adhering to brand guidelines




  • 8 -10+ years of experience in content design and creation, and a portfolio that shows relevant examples
  • Experience in film development and storyboarding
  • Hands on experience with image editing software eg: Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
  • Confident and articulate, with the ability to voice and share ideas and opinions both internally and with clients
  • The ability to interpret marketing ideas and turns them into visual reality at a best-in-class level
  • Consistent record of taking on, interpreting and delivering design projects within agreed deadlines
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to work under own initiative
  • Proficient in design software, (especially InDesign)
  • Able to effectively understand and execute against specific brand guidelines
  • Ability to multitask, take initiative, work efficiently, and be flexible when quick turnaround projects come up
  • Confident and comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing client environment
